The company is owned and operated by the husband and wife duo of Adit and Ekadashi Patel, who have over 20 years of experience running a chain of retail stores throughout greater Knoxville and are now entering into the garment care industry to provide their community with a much-needed service.
With two locations in Knoxville, including a refurbished plant at 7032 Maynardville Pike and a new satellite location at 150 Lovell Rd, Suite 102, the Patels and their staff will provide Knoxville, Farragut, and the surrounding communities with professional dry cleaning and laundry services as well as with pick-up and delivery services that can transport items directly to and from their clients' doorsteps. The Patels and their staff are happy to help from 7 AM to 6 PM during the week and from 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays.
Since purchasing their new plant, which has served North Knoxville for the past 30 years, the Patels have quickly revamped both backend operations and the customer-facing appearance. With over twenty years of business-ownership experience to draw on, Adit and Ekadashi immediately focused on addressing what matters most to customers: providing quality products, convenient service, and trust. Now, backed by the Lapels network and brand, the Patels have already added a second location to their operation and are eager to explore additional future expansion to better serve the next generation of East Tennessee residents.
