What’s the Best Plan for Me?
On average, one person uses approximately 30 lbs of laundry per month, so a household of two might use around 60 lbs for wash & fold. Should your initial plan be insufficient, feel free to change it at any time, with the new plan starting after your current one finishes.
How Can I Change or Upgrade My Plan?
Should you find that your chosen plan isn't right for you, simply reach out to us by email or phone to switch plans. The updated plan will start as soon as your current one expires.
How long does the plan last?
The laundry plan is billed monthly and will automatically renew on the renewal date unless cancellation is requested in advance.
What Happens When I Surpass the Pounds Included in My Plan?
There's no issue—any usage over your plan amount will be billed at your plan's regular per-pound rate for the excess pounds.
Is Dry Cleaning or Laundered Shirt Service Included?
Our plans cover wash and fold services only; dry cleaning and laundered shirts incur separate per-piece fees as part of the dry cleaning service.
Can I Send Special Items Like Comforters and Pillows?
Special items are still welcome, but since they are not included in the plan, each will be charged individually and billed to your credit card.
Do You Have a Minimum Order Requirement?
To ensure each customer's laundry is washed separately, orders are split into a minimum of two loads, resulting in a 10 lb minimum order size. If you send less than 10 lbs, we will still deduct 10 lbs from your laundry plan balance.
Is It Possible to Receive a Refund or Credit?
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on laundry plans that have not been fully or partially utilized.
