I chose to take my clothes here because of the review ratings (14 items). Unfortunately, it was a terrible decision. They starched and pressed my clothes, but they DIDN’T WASH THEM first. I have called several times this morning to only an answering machine (they are currently open). I left a polite message with my concern and still no call back. I just want the situation made right. That’s all. I’ll adjust review if they make that happen. Until then, be weary of using this place. UPDATED…… I was contacted back a short while after leaving message on their machine. I was told to bring clothes back. They gave it another shot and they turned out GREAT. They were ready that same day, but I wasn’t able to pick up for a few days due to being out of town. Very happy with the end result. Thank you to the staff and management for resolving the situation.
